Job Function:
- Collect, maintain and distribute all documents necessary to define product configuration and control supplying processes that insure conformance to customer requirements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center. Manage the operation of the document control center to ensure that all users have the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirement:
- Female, minimum diploma (D3) holder
- Min. 3 years experience in document control, preferably in EPC Company.
- General knowledge of project management and project administration.
- Accustomed to work with MS office application (Word, PowerPoint, especially Microsoft Excel spreadsheets), ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information, Email, LAN, Internet and data base.
- Ability to keep clear accurate and systematic filling records and reports.
- English proficiency is a must, both speaking and writing.
- Accountable personal integrity with excellent communication skills professional work ethic.
- Result-oriented, self motivated, hard-working, resourceful, trustworthty open minded and organized.
