Together with the members of Cluster I Task Force:
- Identify and electronically collate existing documentation related to reform processes of the Taskforce.
- Prepare an annotated bibliography of this documentation.
- Capture knowledge from team members through discussions and interviews as well as integrate these inputs with information presented in documents.
- Document process – what worked and what didn’t
- Document successes and failures in terms of specific reforms that were/were not introduced
- Document constraints, bottlenecks and obstacles experienced, and
- Identify key lessons and recommendations emerging from the experience
- Generate an annotated outline for a publication on lessons and best practices learned through the reform processes
Outputs
- Systematic and user-friendly access to Taskforce archive including records and notes of Taskforce activities and work processes
- Bibliography (hyperlinked) of the Taskforce archive
- A Report draft of process from policy reforms to implementation
- A Report/Concept note draft on lessons learned
Requirements:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in social science, library science, or document and information management
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in documenting, organizing and presenting information
- Understanding of social protection reform process In Indonesia a plus
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web browsers. Familiarity with applications relevant with the Main Duties and Responsibilities is an advantage
- Proven record of strong client relations, with ability to work in sensitive situations, including in providing prompt and quality response to client requests as well as to interact confidently with peers, authors and senior management
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize key findings and recommendations from research reports. Strong attention to details
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, including to effectively and flexibly communicate internally / externally as well as to share information with colleagues, clients and the management.
- Demonstrated strong presentational and writing skills, including working with time constraints in the preparation of quality documents
- Proactive, highly motivated and a self-starter. Proven record of strong performance working in teams (teamwork) as well as working independently / with minimum supervision
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently as well as multitasking; including to meet tight deadlines as well as managing uncertainty and to adjust to changing work demands.
- Fluency in written and oral Bahasa Indonesia and in English
